How do I get a loyalty account?

Ask our friendly staff in store, or sign up online here. If you've already ordered a book or given your name in store, you're signed up!

How does the loyalty programme work?

When you create a loyalty account with us, we give a percentage of your purchase* back to you as credit to spend on your next visit or save up for a free book. This credit expires after a year.

*Loyalty credit is only accrued through buying full price books. However, you can spend it on whatever you like!

Can I use my loyalty credit online?

Yes! Click here to log in. Your balance will appear at the checkout.

Do I earn loyalty credit for my Subscription or Book Bundle purchases?

Instead of offering loyalty credit on Bundles and Subscriptions, we have applied a discount to the price up front (since you're already being very loyal).

Do I earn loyalty credit when I use a Booksellers NZ token?

Unfortunately, we can't offer loyalty on purchases paid for with Booksellers Tokens. We pay Booksellers NZ a cut in exchange for their support. If we gave loyalty credit too, there'd be nothing left to pay the power bill!
