  • Easy! Purchase a 3, 6, or 12 month gift subscription here. If you are purchasing gifts for multiple people, Add each to your cart separately with the recipient’s details.

  • Choose between our Headline Fiction, and Bookety Club subscription. You’ll be charged on the day you sign up and receive that month’s book.

    After that, billing takes place on the 5th of each month, and books are sent within a week of billing. You can skip a month by emailing books@timeout.co.nz or cancel anytime from your customer account.

  • If you need to take a break for any reason, contact us at books@timeout.co.nz to pause your subscription. You can cancel your monthly subscription via your customer account at any time before the 5th of the month. Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled, but we can change the recipient’s address if necessary.

  • Our books are announced on the 1st of each month. We recommend keeping an eye out and contacting us about an exchange before your book is shipped. All books are very new releases, but if you do get sent a book you already have, we will happily exchange it. please note, there will be extra postage fees involved if you notify us after your book has shipped.
