Help with Online Shopping


First things first, let's find the books you need.

You can browse leisurely with our Shop Categories feature, or find specific books by searching our Full Catalogue and Online Store.

 

Shop Categories

The Shop Categories feature is a curated selection of the books we have in store. It's a great way to find new or interesting titles, based on books you've enjoyed before. It's also a great way to shop for gifts. If you know the exact book you need, or you're interested in a specific author– use our Full Catalogue instead.

When you click on a book in the Shop Categories feature, it will take you to the book's listing in our online store. Then you can add it to your cart and proceed with your order. 

 

Full Catalogue

The Full Catalogue lists every book on our system. This includes titles that are currently out of stock, so please take note of the stock levels when placing your order. We've tried to make it as clear as possible.

If the book you need is out of stock, you can still place your order. We'll be in touch as soon as possible with a due date. NB: Contact us first if you have a strict deadline. Unless a book is already on it's way to us, it will take about a week to arrive.

 

 

Next, you'll need to choose a shipping method. You have a few options depending on where you are.

Within Auckland

If you'd like to collect your purchase from the store, select Pickup ($0.00). We will package your book and hold it under your name.

If you'd like your book shipped, select Auckland Courier ($5.00). A tracking number will be emailed to you. Unfortunately we cannot courier to RD addresses or P.O. Boxes. Select this option anyway, and we'll send via NZ Post.

 

Rest of NZ

Select Out of Auckland NZ Post ($5.00). We'll send your parcel untracked via NZ Post.

If you'd like your parcel sent via tracked courier, select International (We'll contact you- $0.00). We'll contact you to arrange a shipping quote, which you can pay via PayPal or over the phone.

 

International

Select International (We'll contact you- $0.00). We will arrange a shipping quote and contact you with the final amount. You can pay this through Paypal or over the phone.
